We send you our warmest wishes that you and your families stay well. Here is an update on what we are doing to adhere to government guidelines while trying to ensure our customers can still be entertained with their favourite Puzzler magazines and products.
Subscriptions and product orders:
We are trying our best to ensure magazine subscriptions continue to be delivered on time to subscribers, but please bear with us if there are some delays in receiving copies. Product orders also continue to be sent, but again please bear with us if there are some delays in receiving your order.
The health, safety and wellbeing of all our colleagues are important to us. Our subscription mailing house and product warehouse are still open, and are following the latest government and medical advice. We’re incredibly grateful to our committed warehouse staff who are continuing to support our customers through their work.
Our lovely Customer Services team are still on hand to help, but are now working remotely. Therefore we apologise if you’re unable to get through to us immediately – we are trying our best to answer calls and emails as quickly as possible. For subscription renewals and new orders by post, we have a small team in our Haywards Heath office who are processing these requests. However, renewing and ordering online is the quickest and safest way to place an order with us.
