Please make sure your browser is set to enable pop-up windows from www.puzzler.com. If you do not do this, you will not be able to tackle our interactive puzzles, as they open in pop-up windows.
Our Help is always contextual. The information you find here will change, depending on where you are in the site.
All areas of Puzzler are free to access, but you – and only you – will benefit from becoming a registered user. We need to know who you are in order to provide you with the best service. For example, if you wish to enter online competitions, or enter magazine competitions online, you must register so that if you win, we can contact you. If you wish to save incomplete puzzles, we need to know who you are so we can identify your puzzle when you return to the site. If you wish to participate in any of our puzzle leagues, we need to be able to identify you. Please be assured that we will never pass your information to anyone else.
If you wish to enter magazine competitions online, visit the Magazines channel, choose the relevant title and click the Competitions tab. Interactive competitions are accessed via the Puzzles channel.
