Please send us an email from within game as this enables us to collect key information to provide you with a quicker response. Please follow these three simple steps:

1. Once logged into the game, click on the ‘Help’ tab on the Main Menu screen.
   
2. Click on the envelope icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
   
3. Type your email, including as much relevant information as possible.
