Imagine for a moment that you are the benevolent and progressive ruler of a group of islands. Naturally, you wish to establish connections between all islands in your exotic archipelago. Following discussions with all stakeholders, you are given the green light to proceed, subject to certain conditions.
You must build bridges so there is a continuous path connecting all islands. Bridges must not cross islands or other bridges. There should be a maximum of two bridges between any two islands. The number of bridges from each island must be equal to the number agreed for each island.
