Shortcode
Shortcode is an abbreviated form of a codeword. The objective is the same, to decode the numbers to reveal a crossword solution. The main difference is that the grid is typically a minuscule 5x5, instead of the usual 15x15 – and to make this possible, all solutions are made from a given subset of 10 letters.
