May Contain Nuts

Posted 02 Jun, 2010

After finding the warning 'may cause drowsiness' on the side of a packet of sleeping pills and the words 'may contain nuts' on a packet of cashews, I realised we 'may' be living in an age when consumer knowledge is paramount. So in the spirit of the current health and safety zeitgeist, I feel it 'may' be imperative to disclose the following:

What are Killer Sudoku puzzles for: Killer Sudoku belong to a group of puzzles know as number-logic puzzles. They are fun brainteasers used to relieve stress and induce enjoyment.

Please read the solving instructions before use. Do not try and solve the puzzles if you are a fork, a pebble or any other kind of inanimate object.

Directions for use: Engage the prefrontal cortex (brain), choose a puzzle and begin solving.

Warning: Paper may cause paper-cuts; a keyboard may cause repetitive strain injury; solving Killer Sudoku will result in brain activity; do not solve when driving or operating machinery.

Possible side effects: Feelings of affinity with Pythagoras, Einstein and other great logical thinkers; moments of euphoric achievement; unaccountable lapses in time.

If you experience any of the following, stop solving temporarily and, perhaps, seek a subscription (click here): More than one of the same digit in the same row, column, or 3x3 block; severe sleep deprivation; lack of puzzles!
